EULA - End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SoftwareStuffs.Com that applies to the Office application offered and distributed under this license agreement.
By downloading, installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using this Daily Cash flow Statement V03 the (SOFTWARE), you agree to be bound by the general Terms of Use of this End User License Agreement as well as other terms expressly included within the software. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and SOFTWARESTUFFS.COM, (referred to as 'licenser'), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.
SOFTWARE LICENSE
This SOFTWARE is protected by Copyright Laws and International Copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Copyright law protects software authors and publishers, just as patent law protects inventors. Each SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
(a) Installation and Use.
This EULA grants you the right to download the SOFTWARE for personal use or for use within your company or organization. You may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend, or place on the public server (Internet) or otherwise transfer the SOFTWARE for value without written permission of SoftwareStuffs.Com
(b) Backup Copies.
You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
You may not remove or alter any logo, trademark, copyright notices, hyperlinks, disclaimers, terms of use or other proprietary notices within the SOFTWARE.
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute registered copies of the SOFTWARE to third parties. Evaluation versions available for download from SoftwareStuffs.coms websites may be freely distributed.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
UNAUTHORIZED copying, reproduction, duplicating or distribution of this SOFTWARE, or any portion of it, is illegal and cannot be re-sold, distributed to anyone over the Internet or redistributing it in any form other than the legal recipient. SoftwareStuffs.Com holds the rights to the design, contents, codes and formulas within the SOFTWARE.
Disassembling, debugging or reverse engineer the SOFTWARE is prohibited.
Any modifications of the software are prohibited.
2. TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, SoftwareStuffs.Com may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA in full or any part. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.
3. DISCLAIMERS
The SOFTWARE is intended for the sole purpose of obtaining the users information as to cash balances and indicative cash flow.
Data inputs are the sole responsibility of the user and no warranty is offered for any specific application of the data generated.
Examples in the SOFTWARE are given as guidelines only and are not intended to represent the information on any individual or business.
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calculations, layout and other elements of this SOFTWARE, we shall not be held responsible for damages of any kind resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this SOFTWARE.
4. NOTICE SPECIFIC TO THE SOFTWARE
No Warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED TO YOU 'AS IS.' SOFTWARESTUFFS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE YOU ACCEPT THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE ERROR FREE, OR IDENTIFY ANY OR ALL ERRORS OR PROBLEMS, OR DO SO ACCURATELY. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT AFFECT ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE AS A CONSUMER.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOFTWARESTUFFS.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU, FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE INCLUDING ANY EVENTS WHERE WE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES, OR ANY MISTAKES AND NEGLIGENCE IN DEVELOPING THIS SOFTWARE, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING AND USING THIS SOFTWARE THE ORGANIZATION, BUSINESS, OR PERSON BEARS ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
